Additionally, we aim to facilitate the return of your initial investment within a span of 3 to 5 years by refinancing the property and allowing investors to cash out. Subsequently, you will continue to receive quarterly checks for profit shares, even after your initial investment has been recouped, ensuring ongoing returns on your investment.
